This is the event you have waited for. Theres no changing your mind now. Your body and this baby have come into perfect alignment with each other, and this is the day. Labor is hard work. Some might interpret that as painful, and some may describe it as intense. Either way, there is a lot going on in your body on all levels: emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. One of the things I love about essential oils is how they address the body on all these levels. The body is a symphony, and when one of these areas is out of balance, it can throw the whole body out of tune. You may want to dilute essential oils used in labor with fractionated coconut oil, not because they cant be used undiluted, but because the oils last longer, and they usually accompany a massage, and massage just feels better with a carrier oil. Hey Mama, let’s chat about blood sugars and pregnancy and the label that’s been given as gestational diabetes. I get a little frustrated with this and anything that attempts to negatively categorize a large group of women for the sake of money, and it should be questioned. We should all be a little less willing to agree to this. What I do see is a lot of pregnant women who have crappy diets and lifestyles, and true nutrition is really the furthest thing from reality for multiple of complicated reasons. That is coupled with care providers who don’t even address these issues. Honestly, because they don’t know anything about it, and you end up with women who don’t know what they don’t know.
