Hey Mama, have you ever heard it’s not safe to diffuse around young children? Well that is a myth! The truth is, when used appropriately the diffusion of essential oils can be enjoyed by the entire family, even your newborn baby! Using your diffuser in your home is very safe. However, if you are concerned, start with the lowest setting on your diffuser and adjust according to your comfort level. One of my favorite blends to diffuse is Wild Orange, Balance, Siberian Fir, and Sandalwood. Just use equal parts. Wild Orange helps to release fear and anxiety. Balance provides inner strength, keeping you in the present moment. It keeps you grounded even when life is throwing you curveballs which we all get. Siberian fir eases the difficult transitions and steadies energy through change. It helps you look for the good in things. And Sandalwood quiets the mind to hear your inner voice and brings clarity to your mind. I love this blend so much that I actually make a master blend of it. I add a whole bottle of each of those oils into a 2oz bottle. When I go to diffuse it all I do is take a dropper full (usually about 10-12 drops) and put it directly in the diffuser. My diffuser will diffuse for 12 hours. I just love using this blend. I use it all of the time. And of course it is safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Give it a try!
