How It Works

Fill Out the Form & Payment
Start by filling out the form I will send you after submitting your payment. My fee is $375, which covers your consultation and protocol creation (lab fees and supplements are not included).

Lab Fee: $375 (cash price) paid directly to the lab.
Insurance: If you have insurance, the lab deposit is $189, with the remaining cost billed to your provider.
Supplements: Optional but recommended. A 90-day treatment plan typically ranges from $500-$1,000 depending on your needs. Many insurance plans and HSAs may cover some costs.

Receive Your Lab Kit

After completing the form and payment, I’ll coordinate with the lab to send your kit directly to you. The kit includes clear instructions for collecting your stool specimen. Simply mail it back in the prepaid postage box provided.

Consultation & Personalized Plan
When your lab results arrive (within 2-3 weeks), we’ll schedule a 60-minute Zoom or phone consultation to review them in detail. During this session, I’ll develop a custom plan for your 90-day protocol, which may include:

Perform the GI-MAP™ Test

I’ll send you a link to purchase your test directly from Diagnostic Solutions (some insurance providers cover the cost). The lab will mail you a collection kit with step-by-step instructions.

Receive Your Personalized Protocol

During the consultation, we’ll review your results and discuss a protocol to address imbalances in your gut, remove harmful pathogens, and reduce inflammation.

90-Day Support

Throughout your 90-day journey, I’ll be available via the patient portal for ongoing guidance, check-ins, and adjustments as needed.

Post-Protocol Review

After the initial 90-day protocol, I recommend re-testing to track your progress. Based on your new results, we’ll develop a maintenance plan to support your long-term health. Many clients find it helpful to complete GI mapping annually or bi-annually to maintain optimal gut health.

What to Expect Along the Way

You’ll notice gradual improvements in your symptoms, with some changes happening faster than others. Gut healing takes time, and it may take up to one year for complete results. However, most people experience significant improvement by the end of the 90-day protocol.
